A detached property within An Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB). Consent was granted to demolish an existing conservatory and construct a two storey rear extension, convert the existing garage to habitable accommodation and for internal alterations. The finished design included a spacious master bedroom on the first floor extension with rooflights to create natural light, a free standing bath and shower room ensuite. The first floor bathroom was enlarged and redesigned create a spacious area with a bath and shower. The Ground floor space was opened up to provide a spacious free flowing open plan kitchen, dining and seating area ideal for socialising. The garage was converted to provide a work space and downstairs shower room.
The design was thoughtfully prepared to ensure that the extension not only enhanced the client's home but made a positive impact to the street scene and wider AONB.
